Job Description
Volunteer Corps Nepal (VCN) is seeking a qualified and motivated Programme and Organizational Development Manager to support program design, organizational strengthening, and strategic growth in line with VCN’s Strategic Plan (2026–2030). The position will lead proposal development, strengthen internal systems and policies, support donor engagement, and ensure quality implementation of programs linking humanitarian response with long-term resilience and development.
