Job Description
Prepare and present high quality narrative report reports on program progress and outcomes and its newsletters. Good in understanding and an appreciation of the role of Program Manager with a high degree of personal commitment, integrity, Leadership, self-motivated. Experience in group mobilization, group strengthening will be highly appreciated. Monitor and evaluate program activities to ensure objectives are met. Facilitate training sessions and workshops for community members. Support fundraising and grant-writing efforts to secure project funding. Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, data handling, Good interpersonal communication, facilitation, training, coordination and presentation skills. Maintain the communication channel with local government, stakeholders, and local organizations. Review and provide the partner’s narrative and provide constructive feedback and input.
