Sowers Action continue their medical equipment support to Nepal

 


Sowers Action (SA), Hong Kong, China in collaboration with Volunteer Corps Nepal (VCN) are supporting frontline health workers who are risking their life to save people’s life. With the uncontrolled rise of COVID cases in Nepal, Sowers Action and VCN decided to go on ground to fight against the devastating situation in Nepal. They have initiated to support medical equipment to the hospitals who are in need. Yesterday, they distributed 80 sets of PPE, 40pcs N95 Masks, 40lt. Sanitizer, 50pkts Gloves, 60 rolls of Tissue Paper, 1000pcs Triple Layer Surgical Mask, and 60lt. Mineral Water to Siddhi Memorial Hospital, Bhaktapur District, Bagmati Province of Nepal.

The hospital service administrator Dr. Sarita Dhaubandel received the support. Similarly, they went to Bhaktapur Hospital to handover their support where they provided 90 sets of PPE, 50pcs N95 Masks, 60lt. Sanitizer, 50pkts Gloves, 50 rolls of Tissue Paper, 1000pcs Triple Layer Surgical Mask, and 60lt. Mineral Water. The medical superintendent of the hospital, Dr. Sumitra Gautam received the support. Nursing In-charge, Roshani Shrestha and Logistic Supervisor of the hospital, Krishna Acharya appreciated their effort. Sowers Action and VCN have already supported Changragiri Primary Hospital before this.
